Beauregard Parish deed records are searchable through the clerk's own online platform, which provides both index data and images for qualifying record sets. Mortgage records with images start in 1980 and cover mortgages, judgments, liens, and other encumbrances on property in the parish.

The free statewide eClerks LA portal at eclerksla.com also covers Beauregard Parish. This portal, created under La. R.S. 13:754, gives you a free index search by grantor or grantee name. It is a good starting point to confirm an instrument number or filing date before pulling up the full image through a paid subscription. Both the grantor (seller) and grantee (buyer) names are indexed, so you can search from either direction to trace a chain of title.

For older records predating the digital era, staff at the DeRidder courthouse can assist with paper index books. Call ahead at (337) 463-8595 if your research involves records from before 1913, as those may require on-site review.
