Central deed records are maintained by the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court in Baton Rouge. Although Central incorporated as a city in 2005, it has no separate deed recorder. All conveyances and mortgages for Central property are filed at the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk's office, the same office that handles all parish property recordings.

City of Central reference for Central deed records in Louisiana
